Product Quality and Specifications All our range of products is fabricated as per the general rule of casting, by the international standard. Only those pieces are processed further, that are free from any surface impurities.
There is a team of inspectors, continuously engaged in testing our range of products. Inspection of fittings is a two-tier process. The first step being a test using the random sampling, where as the second one is an online testing for leakage, handle movements and surface finishes.
All colored finishes undergo a protective lacquer coating that ensures longevity in life. |
Infrastructure With our state-of-the-art-manufacturing unit, we are capable of manufacturing almost 50000 pieces per month. We have latest capstan machines, which helps us to control or apply force to another element. The SPM machines at our manufacturing unit delivers highly sensitive components in mass-produced quality within a short time frame.Through our focus on every aspect that determines our infrastructure, we identify promising technologies and products to cater to the specific requirements of our customer’s requirements. |
